The plans for a new retirement community at Boughton Heath were approved by Cheshire West & Chester in 2021.
We are submitting a Section 73 application to Cheshire West & Chester Council to allow us to make some changes to the plans. Further detail on the proposed changes can be found here.
If you’d like to let us know what you think about the proposed changes or have a question you can get in touch with the team by visiting the Contact Us page.
Fancy Joining Our Community Liaison Group?
We’re looking for local residents to sit on a Community Liaison Group that will provide a long-term link between the retirement village and the community. The group will be an important way for us to keep you updated as we build the village and after it opens. It’ll enable the community to raise any issues or ask any questions.
If you’d like more information or to put yourself forward to sit on the group please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 689 1095.
Our consultation on proposals for the Boughton Heath retirement village started in May 2020 and, following two rounds of consultation, we submitted a planning application to Cheshire West & Chester Council in September 2020. We worked hard to listen to and understand local community views, engaging with a residents, stakeholders and community groups to help shape our plans and bring forward a scheme that will benefit the local area.
